“In association with our hospital clients and experienced immigration advisors, this course includes three weeks of intensive OET for NMC study. This is followed by one week spent in a Trust learning about what life is like working in a UK hospital or care organisation. You’ll have a guaranteed interview with at least one hospital or care organisation so that you can return home with the knowledge you need to make an informed decision as to whether working in the UK is right for you.”

Who is the course suitable for?
The course is suitable for nurses who choose to take the OET exam to satisfy the NMC’s English language requirements for registration with the NMC and need a course that focuses on all 4 integrated skills of the exam. We’re looking for nurses who would like to practice their profession in the UK in the first stage of registration.
What is class like?
The purpose of this course is to help you build the skills you need in the fastest possible time. Nurses can expect small class sizes and a course that places an emphasis on acquiring the skills you need to gain grade B above. It’s pure, intensive OET practice in a course led by healthcare professionals. We provide a mock examination every three weeks to allow you to check your progress.
How long will it take me to complete?
- 4 (1 hr 15 mins) sessions a day.
- 4 days a week.
Across 3 continuous weeks.
What about homework?
Prepare to be set lots of it. We run Monday through Thursday and our tutor will provide you with homework to cover the weekend.
